By accessing the D uptoken service , you accept and acknowledge: the prices of assets in the form of duptoken denominations (100, 500 and 2000 USDT ) and we can guarantee that their denomination will be preserved. The assets (duptoken) available for trading on duptoken.com should be considered investments: their prices are determined by denomination and do not fluctuate. You are solely responsible for determining any taxes that apply to your transactions. duptoken.com is a non-custodial service, so we do not have custody of the USDT belonging to our users in any way.
Due to the decentralized nature of the services provided, you are solely responsible for protecting your wallets and assets from any and all potential risks. Our software indexes duptokens as they are created, and we are not responsible for any assets that users may mistakenly or voluntarily access or purchase through the service. You accept responsibility for any risks associated with purchasing such user content, including (but not limited to) the risk of purchasing counterfeit assets, mislabeled assets, or assets that may become non-transferable.
We do not represent or warrant that access to the duptoken.com User Interface will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely or secure; that the information contained in the Interface will be accurate, reliable, complete or current; or that the Interface will be free of errors, defects, viruses or other harmful elements.
We own the intellectual property created by the main participants of duptoken.com for the use of the D uptoken service , including (but not limited to) software, text, design, images and copyrights. Unless otherwise stated, duptoken.com retains exclusive rights to its intellectual property.
